Welcome to the Whitney Ranch homeowners website. We are a community of 1,219 homes, conveniently located near the interstate (I-95) and minutes away from I-215. We are uniquely located near the Galleria Mall, a variety of restaurants, specialty stores and a host of other convenient shopping . We are home to the Whitney Ranch Recreation and Aquatic Center. We are boundered by Russell Road to the north and Sunset Road to the south. Stephanie Street marks our eastern divide with Arroyo Grande serving as our most western border.
 Whitney Ranch includes an Elementary and Intermediate school with Green Valley H.S. nearby. We boast a mini-park situated in the heart of our community, at the tree-lined intersection of Galleria Drive and Whitney Ranch Drive. Again, welcome to Whitney Ranch and to our website.
